As the Business Operations Coordinator you are responsible for coordinating all aspects of business administration within the Amsterdam office. You ensure swift and accurate administration of client project data and invoices as well as the appropriate use of internal systems and processes.
The purpose of this role is to:
Place the client at the centre of what they do making it easy and desirable to do business with them and ensure they turn revenue into cash as quickly and efficiently as possible
Reduce the administrative burden to consultants so they can spend more time with our clients
Adhere to and ensure a system of governance for the accurate and appropriate use of systems and process in line with regional and global standards and policies.
Client project coordination
Act as point of contact for all project administration
Leads the project set up process within enterprise systems (CRM, Dynamics AX)
Coordinate and qualify supporting documentation, subcontractor administration and project purchases
Lead and maintain an up to date office project tracker
Lead the onboarding process for local clients, liaising with client internal administration teams as required
Support project managers and finance to maintain and report on work in progress
Lead project invoicing process, including coordinating project transactions, qualifying project data and finalising client invoicing
Support the process of credit control and debt collection
Lead system training, data and system governance
Act as a subject matter expert for systems and process work, working collaboratively with the regional administration team
Work collaboratively with the operations community, take direction from the Regional operations team and manager, establishes and share best practice
Identify and mitigate obstacles
Educated to bachelor or equivalent (HBO) degree level is desirable
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel; Visio & SharePoint would be advantageous
Strong communication skills with the ability to establish effective and strong working relationships with internal and external contacts
Good organisational and prioritising skills
An ability to identify problems, understand the complete impact of them and see challenges through to a conclusion
Accurate with eye for detail
